Sweet Peach Eyeshadow and Glow Palette – Review & Swatches

Sweet Peach Eyeshadow and Glow Palette – Review & Swatches

When I first saw that Too Faced was releasing a peach infused eyeshadow palette I was beyond ecstatic. I love the scent of peach and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. I could not pass purchasing the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette. The Sweet Peach glow palette looked beautiful and I wanted to add it to my collection.

I really don’t think the eyeshadow palette was available during the first release on Sephora’s Canadian website. If it was there was not a huge amount of stock. I stalked the website the whole day that it was released and wasn’t able to add the item to my cart. I’ll admit that I was pretty bummed about not being able to get it at the time.

I could not believe it when I found out that Too Faced was going to rerelease the palette along with a whole collection related to peaches.

I originally only planned to purchase the eyeshadow palette but I had a coupon from sephora and decided to use it to bring down the cost of the glow palette.

Sweet Peach Palette

I’m honestly obsessed with the colours in this palette. I’m not a huge fan of pink toned eyeshadow but they work so well in this palette!

Sweet Peach Palette
White Peach, Luscious, Just Peachy, Bless Her Heart, Tempting, Charmed I’m Sure

Luscious is one of my favourite colours in the palette, it’s such a great metallic lid shade. You can use it on it’s own all over the lid or mix it with some of the other shades in the palette.

Sweet Peach Palette
Nectar, Cobbler, Candied Peach, Bellini, Peach Pit, Delectable

Candied Peach and Delectable can be a little difficult to blend out. I found these two shades to apply a little patchy on the eye.

Sweet Peach Palette
Peaches ‘N Cream, Georgia, Caramelized, Puree, Summer Yum, Talk Derby To Me

Peaches ‘N Cream, Puree, and Summer Yum work as great transition shades for any look that you create with this palette!

I really think this palette has a great mix of colours. You can use the neutrals to create a simple everyday look or you can play around with the colours and darker shades to create something fun and sultry.

The peach scent is unreal. If I could bathe myself in peaches on a regular basis I would totally do it. This has a very sweet scent without being too overwhelming, I find it doesn’t linger too much after it’s been applied.

Sweet Peach Palette

I honestly think I regret purchasing the glow palette. The only reason I’ve really been considering keeping the palette is because I used a coupon code on it and snagged it for around half price. I also found that the scent on the glow palette wasn’t as strong as it is in the eyeshadow palette.

This 100% would not work on you if you had darker skin. These shades barely show up on my fair skin tone. They are all pretty shades when you swatch the product but applying it takes a lot of work and build up. I usually have to dip my brush into the bronzer shade a ton of times before anything shows up on my face.

Sweet Peach Palette
Bronzer, Blush, Highlight

The blush and the highlight shades are fairly nice. I find with blush I usually don’t want the product to be too pigmented. This actually works well when building it up slowly. The highlight gives off a nice glow but it’s a little too glittery for everyday use in my opinion.

Overall if you are looking at purchasing this collection I would definitely suggest purchasing the eyeshadow palette. It’s a must have for any lover of makeup and peaches! You should stop at a sephora before purchasing the glow kit so that you can swatch the product for yourself and see if it will work for you.

I still have yet to try the lip products from this collection. I know I need to pick up at least one of them!

Have you tried any of the products from the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette or anything from the collection? What were your thoughts on the products? I would love to hear them in the comments below!
