Swatch Saturday: Jaclyn Hill x Morphe Palette

Swatch Saturday: Jaclyn Hill x Morphe Palette

Let me tell you I’ve been eyeing the Jaclyn Hill x Morphe palette since the moment it was released! But I just couldn’t really justify purchasing it at first because of the shipping and customs costs associated with it – living in Canada and buying makeup from US companies can often be such a pain! But then as time went on I still loved the colour scheme of this palette but I just convinced myself that I didn’t need it – even though Morphe made things way easier and affordable for their Canadian shoppers! Morphe then released some of their products on the Canadian Sephora website and the VIB Rouge sale rolled around and I now have it in my possession… But I’m so happy that I purchased it because the swatches and playing around with it a few times have been wonderful!

The pigmentation is incredible and everything is just a buttery and blendable dream. I totally understand why everyone has been raving about this since it was released!

I have quite a few of the older Morphe palettes that I purchased ages ago (I actually still have the original Jaclyn Hill collab palette) and I find these shadows to be a lot better than some of the older palettes that I already own. So I do believe that Jaclyn Hill and Morphe did something to improve the eyeshadow quality!
